We are very flexible when it comes to pricing and contracts. Based on the model selected by the client we typically offer the following three of industry standard contract types.

Fixed Time/Fixed Price

With our fixed price/fixed Price model, we offer customers a cost effective and low-risk option and can be applied when the scope, schedules and requirements of the project are specifically defined. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects, and the total cost and timeline of the development is agreed prior to the start of the project. In this case, we select the most suitable development team, technologies and management resources.

Time and Materials

This model is suitable for companies who need quick access to resources where requirements are not clearly defined. It is usually applied to large project with not well defined specifications. In this business model, SoftForward forms team with required personnel, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements, and distinctively offers the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads. Customers pay a weekly/monthly development fee based on the composition and size of the project team.

Hybrid Costing Model

This is a combination of Fixed Time and Fixed Price and Time and Materials model types. Depending on the project size and requirements we can start off with Time and Materials approach to define the detailed project goals and deliverables. Once the detailed statement of work document has been developed we can offer a Fixed Price for the entire project. This model is most suitable for large complex projects whose requirements are not clear at the beginning of the project.

SoftForward could also bid for partial phases of a project on a fixed time, fixed price basis and the remaining parts on a time and material basis so as to meet customers' requirements in a flexible way.
